Unfortunately, most of us focus on the negative, rather than looking for the positives, even in a challenging situation.

Positive people develop a mental capacity that allows them to easily adapt during adversity. They develop a set of powerful mental traits. Life is about overcoming obstacles. The more you can focus on the positive of every situation, the less stressed and worried you will be.
